Supporting education, experiential learning and professional development in the health care industry
Darden's Health Care Initiative, hosted by the Institute for Business in Society, provides students with a suite of world-class curricular, experiential and professional offerings to support their educational interests and long-term career pursuits in health care.
Led by faculty experts in Charlottesville, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and through connections with alumni leaders in the industry, the Health Care Initiative offers all Darden students the opportunity to pursue leadership roles in the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology and health services sectors as well as in health-care related pursuits in consulting, banking, venture capital, entrepreneurship, and beyond.

Dr. Murthy offers "me" and "we" solutions for promoting clinician mental health and well-being, shares stories about his own experiences with burnout and reminds viewers that every health worker is born with compassion and has innate value.
